Native Nevadan Shoshana Kunin-Leavitt joined KUNIN & CARMAN in June 2011.
Focusing on Personal Injury law, Shoshana is passionate about getting her clients' lives back on track. She knows that traumatic car accidents, defective products, wrongful death, and slip and fall accidents, among other incidents, can leave victims and their loved ones struggling to move forward. She is indeed an advocate in supplying some satisfaction and assistance in her clients' lives during this time of need. So it made sense to join her Mom's firm where the focus has always been the family. Shoshana's experience opens the opportunity for those injured to now retain a firm with a proven track record of caring.
Shoshana earned her J.D. at California Western School of Law. During law school, Shoshana spent a semester abroad in the Czech Republic studying comparative issues in health law and bioethics, as well as comparative juvenile justice. She is a member of both the Nevada Justice Association and the American Association for Justice.
While she understands that there is no simple answer to how long the legal process takes and how much a case is worth, Shoshana prides herself on giving her full attention to each case in order to achieve its full valued potential. She believes as Martin Luther King, Jr., did that "Justice denied anywhere diminishes justice everywhere," and knows that each case she handles is important. Her diligent, compassionate, and professional approach to law makes her a dynamic addition to KUNIN & CARMAN.
